On May 6th 1910, the 80th anniversary of the Penny Black, keen stamp collector, King George V succeeded Edward VII

A good sailor and horseman, George was most known for his stamp collecting, establishing the Royal Collection as we know it today himself. He was to rule for 26 years until 1936 - the year of the 3 Kings.

Our limited edition stamp sheet presentation pack commemorates his Accession. The labels are reproductions of the Seahorse High Value stamps - one of the most popular sets ever issued in Britain.

The sheet shows pictures from George V's life, both private and public. There is a little biography of him to the right of the sheet - and of course, each sheet as always comes with a display card full of background information. Buy it Now. Each is a numbered limited edition.

Our signed editions are personally autographed by the Duke of Kent, a truly magnificent signature on this sheet. The Duke of Kent is a cousin to both the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh, and the elder brother of Prince Michael of Kent and Princess Alexandra. His father, Prince George, was the fourth son of King George V and his mother, Princess Marina, was the daughter of Prince Nicholas of Greece.
